    Appreciated superbly friendly and extremely friendly staff and nice size hotel.

    The hotel was conveniently positioned in Kuala Lumpur, 15 minutes' walk to Kl Forest Eco Park. There were a supermarket and a convenience store around the property...

    Conveniently located a nice size hotel with big sized rooms and a view of the pool. The staff were supper friendly and affable and food was outstanding. Very comfy beds, a dining area, a seating area, and a writing desk in the room.

    What you'll love and hate

    The infinity pool offers amazing views of the skyline, especially fine at night. Spacious apartments enhance comfort for long stays, and the kitchenette is a plus for breakfast prep.

    Unfortunately, the traffic noise disrupts sleep, even on higher floors,, and the bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard.

    Great location for our visit to Suria Klcc Shopping Mall not too far from the hotel. Walking distance to a supermarket and a convenience shop across the street. Busy zone, nearby a motorway.

    The spacious suites seemed like a cozy sanctuary, beautifully decorated. I particularly loved the infinity pool on the 51st floor, offering amazing views of the KL skyline, a good way to unwind after a busy day.

    The staff was polite and friendly . The room was spacious and soundproof, great for some much-needed quiet moments.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

    I loved the spacious Superior One-Bedroom Suite. The rooftop pool provided fine views of the city skyline, especially at night. The staff were great. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. It was a pleasant stay overall 🏙️

    Spacious suite with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a gigantic walk-in shower. The kitchenette includes a hob, microwave oven, and large fridge-handy for stocking up on snacks from the nearby supermarket.

    The bed felt a little short, so if you're a tall fella, be ready for your feet to hang over the edge. The TV in the room's ancient-no smart features for streaming, a letdown if you like Netflix. Although I didn't wait too long, it still could be a pain if you're in a hurry. Plus, the pool is stifling if you're expecting a view of the Twin Towers since a new tower next door blocks it off, a bummer. The water's freezing, and with no food or drink service till the evening, better have snacks handy.
